| Three rocky capes at the edge of Ruissalo, with inviting sand beaches in between. We are not far away from the City of Turku, but we notice nothing from it, except the ships passing by, to and from the harbours. Ruissalo is an island so close to the mainland that it is almost a part of it. But let's turn away from the sea and meet the silent island natives next to us.

| Ruissalon saaren rannalla on kolme kivistä niemenkärkeä välissään kutsuvia rantahietikkoja. Emme ole kaukana Turun kaupungista ja näemme alusten lipuvan saaristossa. Käännämme kuitenkin katseemme meren kauneudesta hiljaisiin saaren asukkaisiin, jotka ovat vieressämme.
